Marieta Kaur Randell is the founder of ManifestHer Coaching, a movement built to help women reclaim their power, rebuild their confidence, and rise, not despite their past, but because of it.

My journey didn’t begin in the pages of a fairy-tale, it was turbulent, challenging, and anything but easy. But I refused to let my start define my future.

Through resilience, hard work, and an unwavering belief in my own potential, I built a successful career as a Female Leader in Talent Acquisition, dedicating 15 years to growing, learning, and uplifting others.

Yet, my true passion has always led me back to one thing: empowering women.

Throughout my journey, I’ve been supported by incredible women who have lifted me up, coached me, and reminded me of my own strength. ManifestHER Coaching was born from this community, a space where I can now give back, helping women break free from limitations and step into their power.

My greatest lesson in self-worth came from defying social expectations and cultural norms. Choosing to marry outside of my culture meant standing firm in my truth, risking family ties, and defying all expectations. But I knew my happiness was worth fighting for.

Today, my beautiful family and interracial marriage is my greatest achievement, a testament to living boldly and authentically.

Now, I help women do the same, to live unapologetically, chase their purpose, and create a life that feels true to them.
